(predecessor Guangzhou Wire Factory, established as a joint state-private enterprise in 1956) is a wholly state-owned enterprise under Guangzhou Industrial Investment Holding Group and the Guangzhou SASAC. It specializes in the "Shuangling" brand of wires & cables and medium/low-voltage electrical complete-equipment. As Guangdong's only state-owned cable-focused enterprise, it reported RMB 7.12 billion revenue in 2023 and operates a nationally CNAS-accredited laboratory and a provincial enterprise technology center.
